Hey, I've heard people talking about how there are overnight write-ins (Heck there's even a song based off of "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" called "NaNoWriMo Overnight". It's on youtube, and it's pretty good.), but I can't seem to see any in the events page.
Is this not a common thing? I personally think it would be a nice thing to do, especially if you're royally off-course. Or just want to really rack up words so you can relax over the weekend and finish that episode of Supernatural that you just started.I just don't know where it would be held. I'm not an adult yet, so I have no power in anything. If anyone knows a place where we can go and write nonstop, maybe pulling a few strings or something,we can try to do that... Worse comes to worst, we hole up in some McDonalds and buy endless supplies of coffee and apple pies.
Anyone even interested?
Meanwhile, I'm 5,000 words off course. Excuse me while I try to take advantage of the time I have.
I've never seen an all nighter here. We did last year have an all day write-in one Saturday that started at 10am and went until after 8pm. There's also a write-in on Friday, November 15th this year that goes until 3am for people 21 and older.
The problem with doing late write-ins is 1. most of us have jobs or school during the day so we can't get our sleeping schedules that out of wack and 2. people 17 and younger can't go without a parent because of curfew.
