The Journey is beginning another anthology (it has four published, with another one coming out in May).

This one is for westerns with a twist.

Think about a story youd like to contribute. Westerns covers everything. You can give any kind of story a western background. Almost any genre and theme will work in a Western. Perfect opportunity to explore. Looking to get 15-20 people committed to submit something. Commit by April 30th. No minimums or maximums. Expecting perhaps 5000 words per story. By end of May: know that youve written a first draft (doesnt have to be submitted). Critiqued afterwards (CritiqueCircle, friends, your mother). By July 15thyoull have gotten the criticism; end of July for the second draftwell share this among ourselves. These we will critique between ourselveswe want impressionshow did the story make you feel? Are there places that dont quite work? How is the structure? Did the story keep your attention? By September 15th, all critiques will be done; Final draft by October 15th. Opportunity to test the story or idea or theme you have had in your head.
