Shoutouts to our awesome ML's without whom we would not have so many of the good things that keep us coming back year after year and that make this the best region a wrimo could ever want to home with.
Thanks for the graphs, and write ins and e-mails and for all of your work and encouragement.
Thanks for all the work you do, setting up workshops, coordinating writeins, showing up at writeins with prizes and encouragement. And for doing this while also working on your own writing. It is inspiring.
And even a shout out to past ML's who put in their hard work and time to make it a great nano! And to future ML's we haven't met yet who are going to be just as dedicated!
I'll be a story in your head. But that's OK:We're all stories, in the end.Just make it a good one, eh?
It's ML appreciation day, and ours certainly deserve some kudos! Thank you so much for making such a great community to be a part of. It wouldn't be the same without you, and I'm constantly telling people how great this group is and encouraging them to come check us out. I'm always happy to be a part of the group activities despite being a very solitary person otherwise. I know write-ins and parties aren't for everyone, but I'm always happy I went, no matter what else is going on in life. I feel more connected with other people all working on similar goals and with at least one thing in common. Well, two things. One is a shared love of writing, of course. The other is their excellent taste in choosing Naperville for their region. (^_^)
THANK YOU, MLs! You make the process a little easier and a lot more enjoyable. I'm a better writer (or at least a faster one!) because of your efforts.
I also want to thank my current colleagues (Sam, Jenny and Sara) and my past ones (Bonnie-Jean, Brian, Melinda, Meredith, Katherine, Dave, and Frank).Thank you for all you do and all you've done--you're inspirational.
Tim, Sam, Jenny and Sara rock! I feel so privileged to be in the Naperville group because I'm pretty sure it has got to be one of the most organized Nano groups in the world. The graph is AMAZING! And the fact that you all turn this into a year long experience. Mille grazie!
