Saturday the 17th of November is our All Day Write-In. We'll be hanging at the Naperville MunicipalCenter, Meeting Room B, to write from 8 am to 3 pm.
We'll have a meeting room with a kitchenette - so counters, a microwave oven, sink, and fridge. This is a potluck write-in, so we encourage you to bring food to share if you're planning to stay for a while. We'll have outlets for kettles and crockpots, and a corner for a blanket fort if you want to build one.
Come for the whole thing, come for half of it. Or just come for an hour or two. Expect a rotating cast of writers frantically trying to get their word count up before Thanksgiving. Also, keep your eyes peeled for a magical unicorn...
If you're planning on attending, please RSVP here so we can properly tell the center how many chairs we need. And please let us know what you're bringing. Pizza is awesome, but we don't need five people to bring it. Napkins, paper plates, and the like are also appreciated!

Count me in, Jenny. Thanks for starting the RSVP thread.
I'll bring a bag of Texas Roadhouse peanuts (they were a sponsor of TEDxNapervillethat I attended yesterday) and a crock-pot vegetarian chili (plus bowls and spoons for it). And I'll bring the unicorn-themed word war prizes. :-)
By the way, we're in meeting room B in the lower level of the Naperville Municipal Center. They don't have a full kitchen--there's a microwave oven, sink and fridge but no oven or stove like there is in the Lunchroom.
I can attend! Maybe not for all of it...as hubby requested help with yard work and or "stay in side with the kid while i do it"...but, seeing as he doesn't do yard work until the mid afternoon, i can at least come for a few hours in the morning...at least through lunch
I don't know what I'll bring yet. Let me get back to you. maybe once more people RSVP i can decide what to bring...though...i'm craving donuts right now. hmmmm...WE SHALL SEE
I'll be a story in your head. But that's OK:We're all stories, in the end.Just make it a good one, eh?
I'll will be there and bring a breakfast casserole.
The mid month meetup will be in the evening after the All Day Write-in. The current plan is to meet up at Naperville's local cidery and brewery, 2 Fools Cidery and Solemn Oath Brewery, located in the same industrial complex off Quincy. Still to be determined is where to eat after the All Day Write-in and before the meetup.
I am tentatively RSVP-ing since I don't know if I have to work tomorrow (don't think I have to, but you never know in retail). If I am able to make it I may bring something for the lunch hour.
No one can say what we get to be And why don't we rewrite the stars? Changing the world to be ours

For those who haven't yet decided what to bring--we probably could use another lunch-oriented something to augment my chili.
If I can make it I can bring something for lunch, no idea what it would be though
