This thread is the home of Team Awesome, which is the brainchild of The Awesome Table. While of course we're all awesome in our own way, only we were awesome enough to announce it/make a team. :p
Team Awesome consists of those who were at the Story-Telling Group today (Oct. 30th) at the kick-off party--I don't have all your usernames I'm afraid, but I had so much fun it was madness. The original Awesome Table was myself, Anrea, J.A Kosse (who might, by me, sometimes be referred to as 'The Other Julie'), Forget Regret, CarmeronDaye and Catatone1...and the other girl who didn't write down her handle. Oh dear. :C
Anyways, Team Awesome, if you want your username added to the Official List of Official Listness, post here saying so. Otherwise, just use this place to chat and get inspiration and some butt-kicking, if the time calls for it. Team Awesome takes care of its own ;)
Oh, and before I stop rambling at you: I was cleaning off my desk (!) before I posted this, and I found a fortune from a cookie, all nice and folded up. I opened it and had to smile at what it said:
"You have a strong potential for success." What a thing to get the day before NaNo begins, huh? I think it'd be good for us all to remember that we all do have a strong potential for success!

They're all separate. Actually, I've currently turned to writing a collection of short stories to select from, as the school literary magazine takes submissions in November. So I've finished one novella, I'm halfway through another, I've run out of ideas for another, and am a few thousand words into two other novellas. And I'm working on short stories. I know EXACTLY how you feel with the images of Justin Beiber in his pajamas at the Senate Slumber Party. Between the Awesomeness of that and my own mother admitting (in public!) she liked Twilight, I had spaced on the Haunted Marshmallow Factory and the Zombie Lincoln and (ghost?) FDR. What is wrong with me (at least I remembered the purse snatchers? Damn those Parisians.)?
@Other Julie: BUWAHAHAHAHA. ZOMPIRES SHALL RULE THE WOOOORLD. I vote we make a Team Awesome Dare where there has to be some mention of Zompires somewhere in your novel. Bonus points if it's a character. XD Anrea and I already took on the dare of somehow including Pluto still being a planet :p
@Cameron: OH! You're writing novellas. I was looking at your word count going "...DDDDDD8 HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE", but it makes a little more sense now. Just a little. Because I am still D8ing at it. -is proud of her 6.2k, darnit :p-
