I will be at the Eola Road branch of the Aurora Public Library (inside the Eola Community Center at the south end) from 6-8 pm for the first library-based write-in of November (and the first of several write-ins throughout the month. As an added incentive for folks to come out (and note that the Aurora Public Library has laptops you can check out!), I will be bringing the collection of plot bunnies as word war prizes:
(yes, these are new since the kick-off party!). I will also have a few of the remaining goodies from the kick-off and the official NaNo stickers for anyone who wasn't able to make it out to the kick-off.
So come on out and get your day's wordcount done in one go. Yes, it might be a drive (but that is actually pretty good thinking time to pre-think what you will be writing about--just don't get too involved in that thinking ;-) ).
It is also possible that a reporter might come out tonight.

P.S. They have wi-fi, so I'll also try to be on jabber while I'm there.

It's actually a frog; but now I think I will (the next time I drag out the glue gun) create some octopi...

Is that green one in the top right a squid of some sort? It's cute!
