Yes, the exciting start to NaNoWriMo madness arrives Monday evening as they reveal the new 2007 NaNoWriMo website and turn on sign-ups for this year’s contest. The international web site has been frozen the last week as final preparations are made; Russ Uman (firebus) has architected the move from Xoops to Drupal (these are Content Management Systems) to try to tune the site for better performance in the face of an ever increasing population.
Don’t forget this Thursday our regional chapter is hosting a useful workshop for writers from 7-9 pm in the downtown Naperville Barnes and Noble. Come early to be sure you find parking and bring a friend. The best way to ensure your sucess in November is to be well-prepared.
